The brief
Saudi National Day is the busiest week of the year for ads. Shark Land wanted clinic bookings and store sales from it, without paying peak prices to find out what works.
01 · The offers
We built the campaign around 96: check-ups for 96 riyals, a second pet for 96 halalas, vaccine packages, and aquarium deals.
02 · The content
Carousels, single posts and four reels in National Day colours, written in a Saudi voice that talks to the pet as much as to the owner.
03 · The test
From 20 to 24 September we spent 19% of the budget across four platforms to measure the real cost of a result on each, before putting the rest anywhere.

What the test showed
Meta did 99% of the work for 45% of the spend
Same audience, same week. Facebook and Instagram brought 141 of the 142 results, at a fraction of the cost per impression of Snapchat and TikTok.

How we spent it
Test small, measure, then commit
A small test on every platform
A test budget on Facebook and Instagram, Snapchat and TikTok instead of a full budget on a guess.
Measured, not estimated
The real cost of a result on each platform, for the same audience at the same time.
Cheaper as it scaled
The last SAR 284 on Meta brought 51 more results at SAR 5.58 each, so there was room to grow.
TikTok: reach, not bookings
SAR 216 on TikTok brought 12,367 views and 111 new followers, so it returns in October with a campaign built for bookings.
The rest of the budget, where it works
Snapchat and TikTok paused; the remaining SAR 8,136 moved to Meta for the week after National Day, when auctions get cheaper.
