What we collect
When you send a strategy-session request or a job application, we receive the details you enter (such as your name, email, phone, company and message) and any CV you upload. We also record which page the request came from and campaign tags in the link, so we know which channels bring useful conversations.
How we use it
Only to reply to your request, arrange meetings, assess applications and improve how we market our own services. We do not sell or rent personal data.
Where it is stored
On our own servers, accessible only to the Market Formers team members who handle sales and hiring.
How long we keep it
Leads are kept while there is an active or likely business relationship; job applications for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. You can block these in your browser settings.
