The brief
Digital products in Saudi Arabia were scattered across stores, chats and foreign sites. Violet wanted one place to buy them in Arabic, and one place for Saudi creators to sell them.
01 · The goal
A marketplace buyers trust and sellers can join on their own, with payouts that need no manual transfers.
02 · What we built
A Next.js storefront on an Express and MongoDB platform: catalogue and search, seller onboarding, seller dashboards, and MyFatoorah split payments.
03 · The result
A marketplace running at mern.violet-dm.com, with categories from templates and designs to children's books, in Arabic and English.
The home page
Take your success to new horizons
Search first, then Violet's picks, the newest products, a row for every category from courses and subscriptions to colouring books and T-shirt designs, and the blog.

For buyers and sellers
Two sides of one marketplace

01
Search leads
The hero is a search box for templates, designs and books, with the main categories one tap below it.

02
A catalogue by category
All products with category filters down the side, ratings and prices on every card.

03
Sellers join in one form
Account, business details in Arabic and English, and the bank IBAN that MyFatoorah uses to pay each seller automatically.
On the phone
Arabic first, on every screen
Search, categories and checkout, right to left and built for a thumb.
