Market Formers is a Strategic Growth Partner based in Dokki, Giza. We help companies build their brands and grow through strategy, creativity and execution.
What we mean by design
Every design we make carries a concept. It either answers a real problem, or points out something obvious in a way people have not seen before. A pretty picture that says nothing does not leave our studio.
You will start from the brief and the business behind it, find the insight, shape the idea, and only then design it. You will use AI tools to explore and produce faster, and your own eye and craft to make the final work right.
How we work
We are an on-site team working Sunday to Thursday, 10am to 6pm. We share skills openly, review each other's work and care about the business result behind every design.
What you will do
- Turn every brief into a concept first: the problem, the insight and the idea, then the design.
- Design brand identities, campaign key visuals, social content, ads and print and digital material.
- Use AI tools to explore directions, build mockups and produce faster, and art-direct their output to the brand standard.
- Present the idea behind each design to the team and to clients, and defend it with reasons.
- Deliver fast: strong first concepts quickly, then sharp iterations on feedback.
- Keep quality and brand consistency high, and review the work of other designers.
- Work closely with strategy, content, motion and web on integrated campaigns.
What you bring
- At least 4 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in an agency.
- A portfolio where every piece has an idea behind it. Show us the thinking: the problem, the concept and the result, not only the finals.
- Confident with AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly and Generative Fill, and ChatGPT or Claude for ideation, and smart about when not to use them.
- Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Figma is a plus.
- A sharp eye for typography in Arabic and English, layout, colour and detail.
- Fast and organised: you manage several projects and still hit deadlines without lowering the standard.
- Basic motion skills in After Effects are a plus.
- Clear communication in Arabic and English, and able to work on-site at our office in Dokki, Giza.
