The brief
Sleep Station makes its own bedding in Egypt and sells it straight to homes. It needed a store as dependable as its factory: fast, Arabic first, and paid for the way Egyptians actually pay.
01 · The goal
Move off a WooCommerce shop to a store the team owns outright, keep its customers and links, and make ordering by phone effortless.
02 · What we built
A Next.js store coded from scratch, with card payments through Paymob, cash on delivery by governorate, WhatsApp ordering, a journal and an admin dashboard.
03 · The result
Live at sleepstationeg.com since October 2026, with 31 products and 111 product photos at launch, old customers imported and old links redirected.
The home page
Good sleep starts with what you actually touch
The factory up front, this week's offer with its countdown, categories, bestsellers, sets that belong together, why it's worth it, reviews and the journal.

Built for how Egypt shops
From the menu to the doorstep

01
A mega menu with the products in it
Nine categories down the side; hover one and its products appear with prices, beside a panel for the current offers.

02
This week's offer, on a clock
One product a week at a lower price, with a countdown to when it goes back to normal. It is set from the dashboard.

03
Filters that match how people choose
Category, price, colour and loft, so a back sleeper finds the right pillow in two clicks.

04
Product pages that explain the fill
Loft options, who each one suits, payment, delivery time and where it is made, before the add to cart.

05
Sets that complete the bed
The duvet cover, the fitted sheet and the pillow, shown together and added together.
Arabic first
Written for Egypt, in both languages
The Arabic store is the main one, written in Egyptian Arabic, with English one tap away.

Behind the store
Everything the team runs themselves
Cash on delivery by governorate
Delivery fees and times set per governorate, with card payments through Paymob for those who prefer them.
Orders on WhatsApp
A WhatsApp button on every page for people who would rather ask first.
A dashboard of their own
Products, offers, orders, customers and journal posts, all managed without a developer.
Nothing lost in the move
WooCommerce customers imported and old addresses redirected to their new pages.
