The brief
TS Beauty sells one brand to people with one problem at a time: thinning hair, sparse lashes, dry skin. The store had to get each of them to the right product, and to the bundle, fast.
01 · The goal
Replace a WooCommerce shop with a faster Shopify store that sells routines and bundles, in English and Arabic, without losing a single old link.
02 · What we built
A lean theme written by hand: mega menus that show products and offers, shop by concern, bundle cards, offer cards on product pages and upsells in the cart.
03 · The result
Live at tsbeauty.net with every product fully written and photographed, 9 journal articles and 42 redirects from the old shop.
Mega menus
Hover a category, see the shelf
Each menu opens a panel with the collection, its products and prices, and an offer card, so shoppers can pick a product before they ever load a page.
The home page
From the problem to the routine
Shop by concern, the bestsellers, bundles with their savings, collections, real results on video, reviews, pharmacies that stock the brand and answers to the usual questions.

Built to sell routines
One product leads to the next

01
Offers inside the menu
The Discounts menu shows every bundle with its old and new price, one hover from any page.

02
Shop by concern
Hair loss, lashes and brows, skin care, sunscreen: people start from what they want fixed, not from a product name.

03
Bundles that show the saving
Complete routines priced as one, with the discount on the card and add to cart right there.

04
An offer card on every product
50% off the second item, applied automatically and explained beside the price, with WhatsApp one tap away for anyone unsure.

05
Complete your routine
Below each product, the pieces that work with it, each with its own add to cart.

06
Results, on video
Short videos from real customers sit on the home page, where a claim on its own would not convince.
The move from WooCommerce
Better than the shop it replaced
Every product fully written
Descriptions went from 10 of 15 products to all 15, in both languages.
Every product properly photographed
Products with two or more photos went from 2 to all 15.
No broken links
42 redirects send every old WooCommerce address to its new page.
Pages and a journal from day one
8 pages and 9 articles, where the old shop had none.
On the phone
The same shop, in the hand
The home page in English and Arabic, and a product page with its offer and sticky add to cart.
